Ticket Information
Your tickets will NOT be mailed to you. You should bring a printed copy of the PDF that was attached to your VividTIX order email, which includes your tickets with the ticket QR code & Number that you received when you placed your order. You can also pull up the digital copy of your PDF ticket from your email on your phone. If you believe you did not receive your tickets, please check your junk or spam folder for an email from VividTIX. You can also go back to the My Account Page and set a password to log into your account. It will show you your orders with a download link for your tickets as well.
You MUST HAVE A VALID ID AND BE OF LEGAL DRINKING AGE (21 OR OLDER) TO OBTAIN AN OVER 21 WRISTBAND AND PURCHASE ALCOHOL.
NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ALLOWED INTO THE FACILITY

Seating Information
The show will be held in the 50,000 square foot Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community center. This is a very large facility, but we are expecting a complete sellout of the show. Most of the center part of the venue will be standing room only. There will be tables set off to both sides of the venue with seating. We will also have small bleachers available in the back corners of the venue facing the stage. All tables/chairs/bleachers are on a first come first serve basis.
An ADA accessible area will be set up near the stage for those in wheelchairs or with special needs. It will be limited as to size so please be courteous and patient.
Can I buy tickets at the event?
Limited Tickets MAY be available at the door. Please pre-purchase your ticket to ensure entry into the event, as we cannot guarantee this will not be a sellout. TICKETS ARE GOING FAST!
Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
For the Nov 2 event, this will be indoors. The event is located at the Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center at Mylan Park. This is a rain, snow, or shine event.
How accessible is the Rural Revival Project to ADA accessibility?
The event is ADA accessible. We will also have a limited amount of ADA accessible parking spaces near the entrance and are available on a first-come, first-served basis to guests with state-issued ADA parking placard or license plates. There will be a designated area near the stage for ADA accessibility as well
What does my ticket provide?
All tickets include admission the Hazel & J.W. Ruby Community Center and access to entertainment. Other attractions and additional food/beverage must be purchased separately.
What are the ticket and admission policies?
One ticket per attendee is required. Once a ticket is scanned it cannot be rescanned. NO EXCEPTIONS
Can I bring outside food and beverage to the Rural Revival Project Show?
No outside food or drinks will be allowed into the building. Bars will be plentiful and food trucks & concessions will be available.
Where will we park?
Parking attendants will assist you with parking in the lot directly in front of the venue. Once that lot gets filled up, they will start parking around the Mylan Park area
Well then, how do I get to the venue – see “Shuttles”
Shuttles
We know that parking will get filled up very quickly at the park. We will have 2 full size buses running loops through the park from ~515PM to ~1130PM to get you back to your car. Please be patient as there is a LOT of construction happening in the park. We will do our absolute best to get you parked and into the venue as quickly as possible, as well as get you back to your car afterwards.
Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Parking is included for free on the grounds.
Will ATM’s be available?
Yes, the there will be ATM’s available in the entrance lobby, but should not be considered a reliable source of funds.
Will food and beverage be available for purchase?
Yes. Onsite concessions & various Food Trucks will have a full menu of offerings. There will be at 5 bars providing beer, wine & liquor offerings, as well as water and soda.
Can I leave and return during my session?
Food trucks will be available in front of the entrance. You will be allowed to exit and return from the trucks, however, no alcohol beverages will be allowed to be brought in. Don’t try to go to your car and bring some back in!
A designated smoking area will be provided.
If I cannot attend, can I get a refund?
Sorry, we do not offer refunds for unused tickets. Ticket holders may give their ticket to someone else to use — similar to any other concert or other ticketed event.
Can my child attend with me?
Yes, this is an ALL AGES event.
ALL CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 18 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT OR GUARDIAN AT ALL TIMES
Can I bring my pet to the event with me?
Sorry, no pets are allowed into the event.
What are the hours for the event?
Doors open at 6PM, and the show will run until approximately 11PM
What items are not allowed into the festival?
The following items are prohibited from the festival grounds: outside food & beverages, coolers, chairs, illegal drugs, weapons or objects that could be used as weapons, bikes, roller skates, skateboards, or other carry-ins as determined by event management.
Communicable disease assumption of risk and release of liability:
This section is an acknowledgement and express assumption of risk and release of liability in any way related to Participant being exposed to or contracting COVID-19 (as defined by the World Health Organization) and any strains, variants, or mutations thereof, the coronavirus that causes COVID-19 and/or any other communicable and/or infectious diseases, viruses, bacteria or illnesses or the causes thereof (collectively, “Communicable Disease”), during or in connection with Participant/ participation in the Activity and/or Participant presence at the Rural Revival Project Show or wherever the Activity is held (the “Facility”).
By participating in the Activity and/or being present at the Facility, Participant acknowledges and expressly assumes the risk that Participant may be exposed to Communicable Disease. Participant expressly understand that the risks of exposure to Communicable Disease include contracting Communicable Disease and the associated dangers, medical complications (including death) and physical and mental injuries, both foreseen and unforeseen, that may result from contracting Communicable Disease.
Participant further acknowledges and understands that Participant interaction with Activity staff, participants and any other individuals present at the Facility poses an elevated, inherent risk of being exposed to and contracting Communicable Disease, that it cannot be guaranteed that Participant will not be exposed to Communicable Disease, and that potential exposure to or contraction of Communicable Disease while participating in the Activity and/or being present at the Facility are risks that cannot be eliminated. If infected with Communicable Disease, Participant acknowledges and understands that Participant/Participant’s child may subsequently infect others, even if Participant/Participant’s child don’t experience or display any symptoms.
In connection with the foregoing, Participant agrees that Participant will not participate in the Activity or be present at the Facility if, within fourteen (10) days preceding the Activity, Participant (i) tested positive or presumptively positive for Communicable Disease or was identified as a potential carrier of Communicable Disease, (ii) experienced any symptoms commonly associated with Communicable Disease, including, without limitation, fever, cough, loss of sense of taste or smell, or shortness of breath; (iii) traveled to a country that is subject to a U.S. State Department Level 4 “Do Not Travel” Advisory or a CDC Level 3 Travel Health Notice (each, a “Prohibited Country”) and/or (iv) was in direct contact with or the immediate vicinity of any person who is either confirmed or suspected of being infected with Communicable Disease or who has travelled to a Prohibited Country within fourteen (14) days preceding Participant/Participant’s child’s encounter with such person. Participant further agrees that Participant will submit to any health screening and/or Communicable Disease testing that may be required as a condition of Participant participation in the Activity and/or presence at the Facility.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, I HEREBY WAIVE, RELEASE, FOREVER DISCHARGE, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE THE RELEASEES FOR, AND THE RELEASEES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR, ANY CLAIM, LIABILITY OR DEMAND OF WHATEVER KIND OR NATURE, EITHER IN LAW OR IN EQUITY (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE) THAT MAY ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH, OR RELATE IN ANY WAY TO, EXPOSURE TO OR CONTRACTION OF COMMUNICABLE DISEASE BY ME/MY CHILD OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL INFECTED BY ME/MY CHILD, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION CLAIMS RESULTING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES AND/OR THE INHERENT RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY AND/OR BEING PRESENT AT THE FACILITY DURING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE PANDEMIC.
By purchasing a ticket to the Rural Revival Project Show, I acknowledge that I have read this Agreement, fully understand its terms, understand that I have given up substantial rights by attending at the event, and did so freely and voluntarily without any inducement.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By accessing our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and you agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
Entry to the Rural Revival Project Show is solely at the discretion of security and/or the Event Organizers at the time of the event. We may conduct security searches upon entry at our discretion to ensure the safety of all festival attendees.
The Rural Revival Project, VividTIX, LLC & Guidon Creative, LLC cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal property or belongings that is lost, stolen or damaged, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for any personal injury, accident or illness.
Ticket holders or attendees of the event consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded as members of the audience. The resulting film footage, images and recordings may be used to promote the Rural Revival Project Show in print, various forms of media, and on websites. You consent that the footage remains our property and we may use it in conjunction with promotion of our event however we choose.
The ticket holder must comply with all relevant statutes, laws, safety announcements, and regulations while attending the event. Breach of any of these conditions or any unacceptable behavior likely to cause damage, nuisance or injury shall enable Rural Revival Project Show , its security personnel, volunteers, staff, or festival organizers to eject the ticket holder from the festival site without a refund.
